It is about 30 degrees in Greenville and the pressure to study for finals hangs over my head like unwelcome mistletoe. All I want is to go home, spend time with my family, bake Christmas cookies, hug my brother who I have not seen in forever, and just relax. But.....I have to be a trooper and cram cram cram for my exams! Only 7 days(including this weekend) until I'm home sweet home!
But ANYWHO!...I am sorry I have been a major blog slacker lately. Due to the fact that I do not have a working camera its tough to take pictures of people/stalkerish if I use my phone. So I promise I am not conceited but this post is, once again, is going to be about my own outfit!
This morning after I rolled out of bed, completed my daily routine, and then made my way to my closet, a THOUGHT popped into my head....
"Why does it seem like you either have to look CUTE or COMFORTABLE? Why can't it be both???"
AHA!...(it was as if a light bulb had appeared over my head like in old cartoons)
I have an outfit idea! Pushing sweaters and cardigans that suddenly looked dull compared to my outfit of choice aside, I pulled out something that I like to call one of my cleverest buys! I had been wanting a baggy sweater-dress ever since they started appearing on every single fashion blog. After searching high and low at store after store after store I finally decided to improvise! One day while at Old Navy with my sister I browsed through the menswear section and found myself a sweater, that while not baggy for a man, would be the perfect fit for my 4'10 frame! I fell in love.
Not only is it comfortable, but it also keeps up with the latest trends! So today, after pairing it with my flower hat/headband that I bought from Charlotte Russe
my trusty UGGs(which may not be the cutest shoes in the world, but definitely ARE the warmest)
and some black leggings from American Eagle, my outfit was complete!
So this, ladies and gentlemen, is my idea of an outfit perfectly comfy, yet cute!
A.K.A: The cutest, comfiest, coziest ensemble to study for finals in! :)
I hope you enjoyed my post! Hopefully sooner or later I will have a working camera and this blog will actually turn into what I want it to be! But until then...

Oh to dream...
So today, since I was extremely lazy because I have a TON of work to get done, I did not take the time to dress cute! And all day, as I was sitting there doing my obnoxious work, I kept thinking about how I wish I had every single clothing item that I wanted and I could just look cute even when I was going to Barnes and Noble to get my study on. So THAT, my wonderful blogging friends, is how I came up with this post idea! I decided to go on an amazing website called Polyvore and create my ideal outfit.
If dreams were reality, tomorrow I would be rockin' this outfit like it was my job. I'd be at NYU and I would jam to some indie music as I grabbed my Starbucks and walked to class thinking "yea...I know your jealous."
OH TO DREAM!
Although dreaming of what I wish was true is VERY fun....it is also quite depressing. Now back to my dull work (and hopefully just in my opinion), wardrobe! Until the next post...

Sighting in Starbucks
So today as I was sitting in Starbucks contemplating what I was going to do for an hour and a half before my Math class I looked over and spotted Christina. Right when I looked at her outfit I wondered why I had picked the one I was wearing(just like I do with every cute outfit I see) and enviously continued my work. Then I realized OH I actually brought my camera today! Woohoo!
After nervously turning my camera on and off and working up the courage to approach her I walked over and told her my situation. "I have a fashion blog about people at ECU and I was wondering if I could take your picture?"
I don't know what made me so nervous! I guess its my weird anxiety that I hate so much but my hands were actually SHAKING. I felt pretty stupid. But she looked adorable and I needed to update my blog so I had to go for it!
I then opened my camera, turned it on, and told her to pose...
And thennnnn my camera died. FAIL. After awkwardly returning to my table I decided to get up again and ask her if I could take it with my phone because her outfit was just so cute, I just couldn't turn the opportunity down. She was extremely nice and I have no idea why I was nervous to take her picture! I even noticed how her computer had a Chi O sticker on it and I told her I was planning on going through rush in the Spring, yay! She was so sweet!
Anyways, hopefully most people that I ask to photograph will be this willing, THANKS CHRISTINA!

Walking in Wedges...
HELLO FELLOW BLOGGERS!
As you all know, this blog was supposed to be me going out and taking pictures of people I see around ECU that are wearing fashionable clothes...and yet, no such thing has happened.
I am not sure if it is my pickiness, or people deciding to stop dressing cute just to avoid being on my blog or what...but I haven't seen ANYONE that I deem fashion-blog-worthy yet! So today, thanks to Marks wonderful idea, I decided to post about myself!
Every Monday and Wednesday I have a break from 10:50 till 2, so that is when I normally pull out the big guns, and take the time to make myself look presentable and cute!(...in my opinion)
So here is my outfit of choice...DRUM ROLL PLEASE...
(pa rum pa pum pum, pa rum pa pum pum)
And so the photo shoot begins...
Blazer- Kids section Target
Striped Top- Forever 21
Black Jeggings- Abercrombie
Black Wedge Boots- Aldo
Gold Bracelet: Forever 21
(BTW I had to take these of myself on Photobooth because I don't have a camera and no one was in my apartment...so YES I know I look like a loser...)
Im sure most of y'all don't really care where I got my clothes BUT I thought I'd tell you just incase because thats what all the "cool cats" of the fashion world do. I am IN LOVE with stripes right now and love this shirt because it is unbelievably comfortable and it was really cheap. HA! Gotta love Forever 21! Hope you liked my ensemble! Ill be keeping an eye out for fierce fashion in Pirate Nation! But until then....

Hello Moto :)
My eyes slowly and reluctantly opened as I reached across my bed to turn off my alarm clock. BLEH. Only Wednesday!? After 15 minutes of procrastinating my exit out of my warm cozy bed, I sprinted into my bathroom to avoid the cold and began my daily routine.
1. Brush teeth
2. Wash face
3. Open windows, turn on my lights, blast music, and greet the day!
4. Apply makeup
5. Scour closet and pick out outfit
6. Put on lipgloss or chapstick
7. Pack book-bag
8. Exit room and venture out into the crisp autumn ai....
Just kidding. Its 87 degrees outside! Thats right, you read correctly 87...in OCTOBER. And why you ask? I am not sure why, but I do not like it! Thankfully I was not dressed in a cute outfit due to my exercise class at 10:00 (that you will later find out I missed). Putting my headphones in my ears I made my way to my advising appointment. I had woken up an HOUR early to make this appointment....and for those who do not know me that well, 8:30 is early for me. REALLY early. After I signed my name in, I took a seat on a stiff khaki colored couch and waited...
and waited.
and waitedd
and waiteddd
FOR 2 AND A HALF HOURS for a 5 minute advising appointment. I missed watching Ellen, I missed my Exercise class, AND I missed the hours when Chick-fil-a sells chicken mini's.
So I want to say thank you SO much East Carolina University. You do not understand how much I appreciated sitting on a chair for 2 hours without a laptop or a cell phone! It was a FABULOUS experience and I can't wait to do it again when I register next year!....Anyways, after I finalllyyyyyy left my appointment, I grabbed a salad from Menden Hall, took a bath, got dressed, said hi to Sean, and walked to my Art History class where I am currently not paying attention because I am writing this very blog post. And now, after much anticipation from my family who is obsessed with blogging, it is time for me to say....
HELLOOOOOOOO BLOG WORLD!
It's great seeing you again after my long break between graduating middle school and going to college! I can't wait to share with you the fashion that occurs at my school every day! Hopefully later this afternoon something will catch my eye that I can post on here! But until then......
